We sell our customers nothing but the best at Geaux Cajun. As a locally owned and operated company, we pride ourselves on providing our customers with the highest quality, best tasting crawfish/Shrimp and crabs in the area. Our crawfish are farmed in the fields of Southwest Louisiana, Shrimp from off the coast of Southwest Louisiana, are carefully selected, then seasoned to perfection and served with potatoes, corn, and sausage.

Geaux Cajun is a new food truck opening in the CSRA.  If you love crawfish/Shrimp/Crabs and appreciate a convenient meal, we’re the place for you. In addition to being a food truck, we also offer catering services. We pride ourselves on our quality products and consistent size and flavor. We don’t serve the small ones!
